Customer Reviews
Good packs, fast shipping
Ordered a 10-pack of 69% RH cigar packs. They arrived quickly and are working well in my travel humidor. No issues.
Good value for bulk packs
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal. I opted for a bulk 20-pack carton of 62% RH packs, which came out to be a much better price per pack than buying smaller quantities. I also signed up for their newsletter for a small discount on my first order. The free shipping on orders over 50 was a nice bonus. Felt like I got good value for my money and stocked up for a while.
Detailed experience with humidor starter kit
I purchased a humidor starter kit, which included an acrylic humidor, a hygrometer, and several 69% RH Boveda packs. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out the next day and arrived in about five days to my address in California. Everything was well-packaged and arrived undamaged. Setting up the humidor was simple, and the instructions for seasoning and pack usage were clear. The Boveda packs have maintained the humidity precisely as stated. I did have a question about recharging packs, and customer service responded to my email within a day with a helpful answer. Overall, a smooth and positive experience for a new humidor owner.
Reliable for my cigars
This isn't my first time ordering from Bovedainc. I usually get the 72% RH cigar packs. They've always been consistent and keep my cigars in good shape. I appreciate that I know what to expect every time I order. The website is easy to navigate, and my orders arrive without fuss. It's why I keep coming back for more.
Decent purchase, one small issue
I bought the Boveda Butler and some 62% RH packs. The Butler works as advertised, keeps an eye on the humidity which is helpful. Shipping was prompt. My only minor gripe was that the instructions for connecting the Butler to my phone were a little vague in one spot, took a bit to figure out. Otherwise, a solid buy for the price.
Happy with my herb storage
Needed some humidity control for my herbs, so I grabbed a few of the 58% RH packs. They're doing the trick, keeping everything fresh. Shipping was pretty fast, got 'em in like 4 days. Easy to use, just tossed one in my jar and it's all good. Definitely noticed a difference. Will probably get more when these run out.
